Hard to get a raise, the management does not seek to make the best use of the people

There is a limit to grow. The managers are in their position at least ten, fifteen years. They do not grow in their career, unless they go to other company. The same to the developers, engineers below them. Once you are a senior engineer, you will probably keep in this position until you get fired or go to another company. The workers are being fired and not being hired anymore in Brazil. Was a better company when it was Siemens Enterprise. The benefits are being reduced over the years.
