      Pros

      Relaxed pace at work, no rush, good for balancing family and work, pension plan is there. Need to work 15 years to be eligible.

      Cons

      Very slow moving, takes a lot of time to get the release out. Management is slow moving. Let of layers in between developer and management.

      Pros

      Good products apart from the ones that don't work.

      Cons

      Since the merger very poor staff management except if you are in Germany. NO leadership, still the same old problems. Now doing a 4 day week with pay cut, except the Germans get a rebate from the government so the rest of us suffer. In the US severance pay now just one week. NO vision, NO leadership, just now a numbers game.

      Pros

      Great benefits. Flexible schedule. Accommodating team. Many Interesting projects. The people who stick around are smart and nice!

      Cons

      The corporate structure shifts often and they are constantly downsizing. In a 6 month period, there were 3 layoffs! And at the end of the day, its more a numbers game then one based on you're impact and value.
