      Was a really great place to be for many years. Seems to be falling apart now.

      Pros

      This was a great place to work for many years. Most people treat each other with respect and integrity. Most managers were very good.

      Cons

      There have been so many layoffs, it is bad for the people that were let go, and also not good for the people left behind. The company always seems to be in financial trouble for years. They have let go of a lot of really good and talented people, including very successful tenured sales reps. Not sure how they will make it when economy improves.

      Pros

      Benefits are good, products work as described, 1st level management is ok. Can be a great place to work. Educational and tech training are outstanding, superior resources.

      Cons

      A 14% paycut destroyed whatever moral was left. Upper management is only interested in $$$ Customers, employees, EBIT is all that ,matters. No one really sue what the direction is. Customer problems will sit, no people, no overtime

      Pros

      It has a good reputation and it's a respectable company. You can learn a lot quickly.

      Cons

      This is one of those companies that tells you what to do and if the individual does not agree strategically it's too bad. Management does not put faith in employees. Even if the individual's expertise is much higher in certain areas, you do what you are told to do. Period.
