      Good company, good people, too bad they are struggling

      Pros

      Good work life balance. Enjoyed my job working with customers. Good people. Nice work environment. Good vacation package. Stayed up tp date with current office technology.

      Cons

      Sales are down and layoffs and cutbacks are always imminent. Focus is on shareholders instead of customers. Always outsourcing some important part of the company.

      Pros

      Learned about the market. People are friendly to an extent. Please note that I worked here briefly in an internship in Spain. The company is undergoing a lot of problems due to the crisis and there was very little work when I got hired. I was in the sales department and I had to help design the solutions for the customers according to their needs (and there were very few customers)

      Cons

      People lost proactivity due to the crisis. Schedules were not enforced and even my manager seemed to come and go as he pleased.
