      Extensive product portfolio, solid design with a large legacy customer base in the Enterprise market. Top notch innovation and development teams. Global presence and support structure.

      Cons

      Overall organization of the company (sales, service, target markets) has been in a constant state of flux over the past few years, which has had a negative effect on its employees, including ever shrinking benefits and perks.

      Excellent products that are reliable and future prove. Excellent engineering and support. Passion inside the company, unfortunately not enough supported by the management.

      Poor management and missing management leadership Poor and leaking customer intimacy leading into decreasing market share in Europe. Poor marketing and missing visibility outside (do more marketing, especially with your new brand).
