      When the company was Siemens it was great then Unify took over and it became a stressful slow death.

      Pros

      The co-workers were great. Very professional, knowledgeable, helpful. Siemens was very diversified so I had the privilege of working with people of many different nationalities and beliefs. It was a pleasure to work with so many sharp individuals.

      Cons

      As Unify the upper management/invest group is only interested in the bottom line. Most positions are being eliminated in the U.S. and Germany and moved to Greece, Bulgaria, etc. I'm pretty sure that if some very talented people in the U.S. and Germany are eliminated that the product quality will dip and put what was once a proud and great company into a tailspin that they can't recover from.

      Good Working Enviroment Rational Working Hours (40 per week) Stability (Rare Lay-offs) Available Trainings Local Growth (despite global downsizing) The employees are mostly young (average 35)

      Pros

      Compensation is industry standard; benefits have been reduced - no 401K matching; Lifetime PTO reasonable time off with years of service; must use days in the year. Heard that the number of total days in PTO offering was reduced company wide in 2015. Technology is new and exciting. New branding; new edge on the competitive UC marketspace

      Cons

      Very low market share in the U.S. You will have a hard time feeling the success. High turnover of sales and sales direction. Week channel distribution strategy.
