      Pros

      There are immense growth opportunities, comfortable work culture and outstanding strategic initiatives. Unify Technologies has been going through a lot of growth, which comes with a lot of opportunities for its employees. The company places a lot of trust in its employees, and provides them all the freedom.

      Cons

      Need to work on New Technologies.

      When the company was Siemens it was great then Unify took over and it became a stressful slow death.

      Pros

      The co-workers were great. Very professional, knowledgeable, helpful. Siemens was very diversified so I had the privilege of working with people of many different nationalities and beliefs. It was a pleasure to work with so many sharp individuals.

      Cons

      As Unify the upper management/invest group is only interested in the bottom line. Most positions are being eliminated in the U.S. and Germany and moved to Greece, Bulgaria, etc. I'm pretty sure that if some very talented people in the U.S. and Germany are eliminated that the product quality will dip and put what was once a proud and great company into a tailspin that they can't recover from.

      Pros

      Very nice atmosphere to work. There is a lot of experience people. Great technology, work environment, vacation , life balance.

      Cons

      Currently laying off almost 50% of the people. The work environment is deteriorating. Because the uncertain future of the company, people are living to other companies.
