Pros

- People working here are great. - Brand recognition. - Legacy projects will never layoff. - Low expectations of employees (if you're into that) - Lots of PTO. - Average benefits packages.

Cons

- The worst pay of AAA studios across disciplines. - 5 days in the office projected for the near future. - Near impossible to move internally. - Epitome of cubicle studios. - If you invested in their stock in 2021 then you're down 95% as of this review. - Corporate vague-talk whenever anything goes bad instead of honest accountability. - Organizational leadership lost complete trust of the production teams. - Prefers killing Halifax studio instead of letting it live under a union. - Suspends employees without pay for speaking up about breaches of trust (which ironically reinforces the desire for unions). - Is investing in AI in certain areas but is likely to expand over time.
