      Pros

      Good starting point to discover how games are made. Get your name on a big published titles and meet great developers.

      Cons

      Very cliquey, If you're not in the "in" crowd or don't speak french then you can easily become an outsider. HR have no idea on the skill set of the people they hire or continue to manage. They put you in a box and expect you to be happy, small cog in a big wheel. Pay is lower than average.

      Good learning experience Get to know people who are passionate with their jobs

      Cons

      Quite a handful of inter-politics and micro-managed to a certain extent. Tenancy to promote their own people and ratio between management to the chaps working on the ground can be unjustified.
