      Pros

      Good starting point to discover how games are made. Get your name on a big published titles and meet great developers.

      Cons

      Very cliquey, If you're not in the "in" crowd or don't speak french then you can easily become an outsider. HR have no idea on the skill set of the people they hire or continue to manage. They put you in a box and expect you to be happy, small cog in a big wheel. Pay is lower than average.

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
