Pros

Great like minded people, very talented. Good benefits

Cons

Salaries are notoriously bad at Ubisoft. Going back to a 3 day in office work week, decided by management without consultation of employees.

Pros

Amazing work life balance If you are in a good project you can get really good game dev work that is almost at par with international studios. People in the company are good and sociable. The management does well to celebrate important festivals such as diwali, new years, etc. Bonuses are generous.

Cons

Pay is low. Growth is limited. Some people in the management can create a toxic work environment.
