Pros

Company values - Creativity: tries to keep different from others. Critics sometimes call it the "French Touch" - Accessiblity: Games for Everyone Teammates: - Lots of talent, lots to learn - Good ambience - Mutual aid Job progression: - You choose your carreer - Tech guys needn't do management to progress. Expertise is recognized

Cons

- Salary is not very competitive compared to other sectors/other countries. - Some administrative processes are somewhat heavy - Finally, Ubisoft is still a young company (26 years old at the time of writing) that has grown quickly. It still lacks some maturity in production processes, or in its global organization, but looks aware of it, and works towards the better. - Little consideration for the PC market

Pros

It produces very good games. It also makes you able to contribute in making them.It doesn't forget about the games details, the graphics are also good

Cons

it actually spends too much time in making chapters, and keeps them before release.Secondly the games DLC and other attachments are expensive and should have been free.

Pros

Friendly and collegial atmosphere. Lots of talented fellow employees. Considering the company size, very little bureaucracy. More focused on quality than cost control.

Cons

Pay is low compared to similar firms, especially in terms of bonuses and stock options. Difficult to advance if not French (i.e. from France).
