Pros

Is a great opportunity to gain experience with a lot of benefits such as: gym, relaxation area with a lot of games that you can play it during break, an acceptable meal plan at cafeteria

Cons

employees should be motivated by different rewards depending on the level of fulfillment of tasks, promotion should be more rapid (be made ??according to results more quickly)

Pros

The company is a big name in the Video Game Industry. The management and senior personnel treat the testers well. It is a very highly helpful job to be in, you get to understand the pipeline of Game Development on a large scale.

Cons

The problem is growth within the company. After a period of time, one can't rise further in the testing sector, and salary compensation is also not as good as compared to other smaller companies within the country.
