Pros

Well established company, with good company ethnics and norms. Gives you a lot of resources for self improvement and development. Gives you a chance to work on big titles.

Cons

Well established company ;) Sometimes bigger companies tends to be slow in taking interesting decisions, they play it safe, which is not good for a person who seek creativity and challenge in short term. Corporate culture and rules makes things happen too slow sometimes.
