Pros

Worked there as Christmas help in the shipping warehouse. Although the pay is low and the job can be physically tough, the company is respectful of all their employees. There are clear paths to advancement, and lots of opportunity. There's incredible flexibility in choice of shiftsalong with part time job opportunities. So a great place to start, with flexible work arrangements and good opportunities for advancement.
