      Pros

      Good benefits as far as healthcare and flexibility for time off. This company promotes career development opportunities (certifications, training, etc.). Little to no supervision. Decent entry pay.

      Cons

      Can be negative and lacks motivation in the environment. Very poor management team with little communication within the organization. Work and issues are pushed off on others instead of addressing them head on.
