Pros

Salaries was among the highest in Mexico but average for US.

Cons

Sofware is 10-15 years old (not much knowledge to transfer to other companies). Company does reimburse your for certifications, classes that you take, etc. Management have no idea on how to treat or motivate employees.

Micro management by team lead Lack of communications across sectors. Talked to group manager twice in person for a total of 10 minutes. Management not located at same location.

Northern California branch utilizes union workers. Management allowed employees to manage themselves for the most part.

Cons

Direct manager does not understand service model. Direct manager made decisions without clearly stating objectives. Call center is a joke. Tech support is an even bigger joke.
