Pros

Work/life balance, benefits, and Mike Lamach.

Cons

- Early Career Development team does NOT help find rotations or support career development. Sink or swim - on your own. They won't even notice if you drown. - Inconsistent job responsibilities between ADP rotations - Low education on program within organization (people think ADPs are interns) - Business unit cultures are very different within organization, which makes some better to work at than others

They have a decent performance management system. It works well and is easily understood and processed. Pay scale and benefits within reasonable levels.

Cons

Highly inflexible. Very "processed-based," with little regard for historical perspective or doing things differently that the way they want it. No recognition for capabilities or past history/experience
