      Few projects are genuinely good and interesting Work–life balance is solid Hikes are decent Career growth is on the slower side Good place for married people who want to balance family and work

      Too much favoritism toward management Expectation that employees must align closely with the US team and leadership Typical old-school managerial mindset Soft firing based on attendance and lack of proper manager–employee understanding “Great Place to Work” reviews feel forced; employees are expected to give good ratings

      Outsourcing, Undefined roles

      The people are nice, helpful, and everyone wants to do the right thing. Decent benefits and pay

      Cons

      Outsourcing key roles and knowledge overseas is out of hand. They have consultants that have been there for 10+ years. Entire areas of IT that only consultants have knowledge of. CEO is not transparent on the financial health of the company. Silent layoffs due to "poor financials" with 15% growth and record bookings released the very next day to the street. Company prides itself on sustainability and stellar work life balance but orders all employees back to the office stating that picking up a child from school, or a sick child is not an excuse to not be at work from 8-5.
