      Nice Company, except for the Old nagging Staff

      Pros

      Nice company with a very good brand image, but inside it depends on whom you work with. Quiet often come bonuses. But now there has been a shareholder -equity deal for the non-renewable part of the company. So much uncertainity for the colleagues under the new company.

      Cons

      The old staff who have been there for over 20 years do not support new staff atall. They take their know-how to retirement. And they are very hostile to foreigners on the job. They set people up to fail, and they say the fellow is incompetent. Nobody accepts the blams when things go wrong. I have never experienced such racism and hostility in the work place. So much work burden put on one person, the system is also not helping matters, very user unfriendly, and when it is impossible to meet the huge work demands & deadlines, they complain the fellow is not competent. The old ones are themselves bosses, they make mistakes, and it is covered up , but when a foreigner makes a mistake, it is blown open. very disgusting ! No Teamwork !
