Family benefits, good pay, decent life style, management is open t your questions and tries to help you whenever needed, although some managers don't deserve to be even in the company

Cons

Not many disadvantages, I would rather say that it is difficul to change job post or country easily as the organization is huge and not so flexible... but other than that it's a decent company

Cons

No carrier mobility No real possibilities for position improvement No real posibilites for salary increments Your path is already defined for your school and previous credential.. Strong close hierarchical environment with no possibilities to have a real Impact over the desicion chain
