Pros

This location has many great people. Decent benefits and salaries.

Cons

Like all workplaces there are politics that is demotivating. Upper management has very little transparency.

Pros

Nice benefits, good networking opportunities

Cons

Hard core politics run through the entire company and business unit leadership is more concerned with looking good internally than meeting and exceeding client expectations and actually running a business. This type of behavior does not bode well for development of managers and directors who must play the political game or run to a different business unit to "start over".
