      Pros

      The company is made up of many smaller divisions each of which has its own personality. If you don't like your current group, it is possible to move to another.

      Cons

      Because each division is allowed to function in its own way, there is no corporate oversight of whether a division is operating in the best interest of the company and its employees.

      Pros

      Relaxed work environment...no need to dress fancy, shave, etc. Also the people are very friendly and there are some good benefits such as tickets to games, events, and access to the gym.

      Cons

      Management has no clue what they are doing, and do not welcome change that could spur growth for the company. I worked long hours, but most work regular hours. Not much training (thrown into the fire) and poor communication from higher ups. I was really disappointed in the direction of the company as it is very old school styled.

      Pros

      They are a fair employer and reward those that deserve to be so. The company is on the large side which has its benefits. The company cares about its employees and has done a very good job integrating the two companies.

      Cons

      Too large of a company. Some people do get overlooked. Working for a public company has its drawbacks as sometimes the company is more focused on its shareholders rather than its employees.
