Diversified company under shaky management

Pros

Because the company is so diversified it has weathered much of the recent turmoil. Good opportunities within the organization if seeking career change.

Cons

Management is very shaky - motivational corporate b.s. is a total joke and insulting. Drink the kool-aid if you really want a chance of moving up.

Pros

If you can get 'in' with the management and play office politics there are lots of opportunities. Good vacation time and decent benefits. Location of the Times Square office is great.

Cons

Hard to get past being a face in the crowd and not easy to show off your talents or work on new projects. Office environment is exclusive and somewhat hostile. Management is often incompetent. Promotions are rare.
