Pros
Tea was served twice daily. Tea was being prepared in the same pots in which the staff cooked food for the managers. So oil and smell from the food was freely available with the tea. Where else in India do you get dal-flavored and curry-flavored tea. The tea culture might have changed now. It serves as a training institute for copy editors.
Cons
It is one of the worst companies to work with. Employees are treated as bonded laborer. There are instances of people being fired for (i) talking to colleagues, (ii) laughing, (iii) showing the manager the right way to do a work. The management is too rude. Never join there as a proof reader or pre-editor. Else your career will be finished.
