      Salary in time and nothing else.

      Cons

      No one hears your voice. Manager always overules employee views. No respect for faithful and hard working employees. Promotion is only given to those who are closure to management even though they are less capable. Managers always show the fear of firing from job.

      Only one, you get salary on time that's it.

      If you don't want social life, personal life, would like to be in prison like environment then here it is... Thomson Digital. Worst management, treats employee like they are nothing but their slaves. You don't have any right to speak here even if you are saying right. If you speak you will get fired. They have no good projects, no career growth, no good increment.
