Benefits are good, snacks and small events here and there

Cons

Target is very high to hit and they threaten to fire you if you don't hit it, clients are not great and you have to work on their projects past your contract hours despite the fact they do not compensate for over time, commission structure changes frequently, you have to follow their best practices even if it is not making you successful.
