- Cognolink is a relatively young company that allows its junior analysts to take on a lot of responsibility - both in client service and firm development - An analyst will have a ton of exposure to a variety of industries including TMT, industrials, healthcare and financial services - Supportive working environment that promotes ambitious career climbing opportunities - Working environment is fast paced, collaborative and never dull

Cons

- Cognolink is constantly changing, growing and trying to rise above its competitors. Thus, this dynamic sometimes creates a disorganized atmosphere. However, the firm is always focused on developing young professionals.

- very responsive top management in NYC & London who allow secondments to London, New Delhi or Shanghai - quick growth opportunities to become a manager for the daring and hard working - great location: fashion district, Times Square, Bryant Park within 5min reach

Cons

- hit or a miss with the quality of Team Leader you get to work with but even the bad experience is highly useful to learn what kind of manager not to be - long work hours BUT this is Manhattan, everyone seems to be working hard
