If you hit target they tell you you're doing everything perfectly, but if you don't, everything on your monthly review will say "needs improvement".
- only promotes people quickly if you act as a blind "cheerleader" for the company, which is where most of these 5 star "amazing-there's-nothing-wrong" reviews are coming from
