      Pros

      Great office, great location, work with some incredibly interesting and varied characters. Loads of office perks, travel abroad and unrivalled career progression.

      Cons

      Work can be repetitive if you aren't proactive.

      Pros

      The company is growing really fast at the moment so its a great time to get onboard. Every job is what you make it and not every person is for every job. Some people like what others dont like, and vice versa. I only left because I moved out of state.

      Cons

      If you arent interested in research/analytical work, it may not be the best fit.

      Hi, Many thanks for taking the time to write this review. Much appreciated. We are sorry to read that you left the company, especially when you had a really nice time here and enjoyed your job. Absolutely agree with the point that every job is what you make of it. However, we do admit that there are areas in which we can improve on. For people who are not interested in research or analytical work, we do have some really exciting roles that are fit for other professionals, such as those in Human Resources, Editorial, IT and Marketing - all crucial roles that keep the company moving. We do need to focus on employee development and this is one of the key initiatives that we are involved in - especially when it comes to management training and product training for those who have been promoted from within the company and have little management experience. We really feel we've made huge strides this year, but we still have a huge distance to go!       *Research content is very interesting, enables the sales role to be consultative *Company management is always expanding the current product offering and looking for new opportunities *Targets are challenging but also fair which keeps the team motivated *The workplace is extremely friendly, which makes coming to work a positive experience

      Have only recently started in the company and so far so good!

We're changing our ways of working with reviews of salaries, technology and how we communicate effectively with our clients. We do have some different cultures within parts of the company - some of which is naturally a product of history or the nature of the business, some of which requires work to align how we work more broadly.
