Pros

The people are great and are going to be around your age. makes it bearable. Decent salary for the Associate role, project manager maybe not. Can get good business development experience if you want to go after it.

Cons

40+ hour work week. If you want to be good, you'll work after hours & the weekend and constantly monitor email. Senior management is unprofessional and has too much personal involvement with subordinates. Rude and demanding clients and experts. Really repetitve, meaningless work.

Cons

Very high turn over. Management doesn't really understand the struggles that you have and only care about the numbers. Some managers/ upper level people lack the skill and don't know how to manage the team well.
