Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It's great to see that you enjoy working with your team members, the opportunity to progress, as well as the dynamic environment here at Third Bridge! We appreciate your comment on the long hours required in your role. We recognise that we operate in a fast-paced and target-driven environment and that this may mean working longer hours at times. We appreciate that this type of environment may not be suited to everyone. Whilst this is the case, we know that our compensation and benefits offering is competitive and incredibly employee-focused, including compensation and uncapped bonus schemes. Please do not hesitate to contact us directly at theteam@thirdbridge.com should you want to discuss your feedback further, as your feedback is really important to us!

Pros

Good starting salary for entry level job, basic skills learned.

Cons

Coworkers did not think highly of the company, behind the scenes higher level employees recommended associates not plan to stay long, and frequently joked about how this is a place to leave after a year or two.

Pros

The people are great and are going to be around your age. makes it bearable. Decent salary for the Associate role, project manager maybe not. Can get good business development experience if you want to go after it.

Cons

40+ hour work week. If you want to be good, you'll work after hours & the weekend and constantly monitor email. Senior management is unprofessional and has too much personal involvement with subordinates. Rude and demanding clients and experts. Really repetitve, meaningless work.
