Pros

The working environment at Third Bridge is fun and collaborative. I have worked here for a few years now and really enjoy working with the people in my team and I find the work stimulating. I always feel supported by management, and I have been given lots of opportunities to grow in my role.

Cons

None at the moment - I really enjoy it!

Pros

There are literally no pros in this

Cons

The management is extremely toxic, there is no respect within the team and the worst part is that the people in power only support their friends even when their friends are wrong This makes the other people so helpless. We get treated so badly I can’t even explain. Work culture is bad too 9am - 8pm in office and manya times we’re working post that too

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Regarding management, we take your feedback seriously on the concerns you have raised. We recognise that leadership development takes time, and we remain committed to continuously reviewing and enhancing our training and resources to ensure all employees feel fully supported. If you feel comfortable enough, we would appreciate it if you reached out to us directly at theteam@thirdbridge.com, so that we can look into your concerns further. Lastly, we recognise your comment about work-life balance. We acknowledge that being in a client-facing role involves responsibilities like cold-calling, follow-ups and other outreach, which may require working longer hours at times. Many of our team members find fulfilment in this competitive environment and enjoy the tangible rewards of meeting their goals through performance-based bonuses. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly to discuss your feedback in more detail, as this is important to us to make improvements.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We are happy to see that you were able to meet new people when moving to London and starting a new role. With regards to your comments on the role itself and the hours required, we understand the importance of maintaining a balance between workload and job satisfaction, as well as being as transparent as possible about the role in all of our job advertisements. We also recognise that we operate in a fast-paced and target-driven environment and that this may mean working longer hours at times. We know that this type of environment may not be suited to everyone. Whilst this is the case, we know that our compensation and benefits offering is competitive and incredibly employee-focused. Thank you again for sharing your feedback with us, as it is important to help us look at different ways we can improve.
