Third Bridge reviews

Have been treated completely unfair during my time there, coworkers shouted at you in public during office hour and demonstrated severe bias, operated like a traditional Chinese political system in which everything is judged by how close you are with your heads. Poor management as well, some people like to give "lectures" to you to make himself look clever and superior to you and they will say you have made so many mistakes when he/she is obviously the one who did the wrong thing! The absolute terrible experience there and in my whole life!

The culture is extremely unprofessional and immature. They're big on feedback but all the feedback is typically along the lines of "be more aggressive" towards specialists and nothing is strategic or methodical. (I've actually been criticized for being too strategic in who I might talk to) Analyst title is a farce. Be expected to cold call the same person 2-3 times a day.
