Pros

Co-founders are excellent people, but sadly they have passed the baton to others, who are clueless, unethical and unprofessional. Giving one star only for co-founders and their vision!

Cons

Worst new leadership team - especially in Forum business. Beware of the new leadership team in forum, who have absolutely no idea of running the business. A nightmare to work with such leadership team, who is totally new, immature and unprofessional with folks running business with no experience, no logic, no strategy and no thinking! The new team has zero knowledge of running business, no idea about growing business, doesn't understand strategy at all, absolutely no communication skills, bullies people, threatens those who challenges and is surrounded with people who are fearful of them. It's a shame that they make mockery of communication but expects you to best in that! They has harassed many people including the old co-founders, but somehow they can't take the new leader out! Everyone knows clearly that this new team is incapable of doing anything, absolutely worthless to run any business anywhere! Its amazing to see how Third Bridge managed to get such a worthless unprofessional people, who are incapable of even being an employee, forget about leading the business.

Pros

- People:the colleagues you work with are all young and funny people to be around. Very social!

Cons

- The job: essentially mis-sold. In the interview process there is a focus on value chain analysis and one of the skill sets they hire for is logical/analytical. You will not be using these skills AT ALL. Instead a LinkedIn sweep and cold emails/cold calls. I have heard people been told that they are “too analytical” or that being analytical has held them back. - Management/incentives: management is disconnected from the workforce. Example: the new incentive structure - you are not recognised by the money you bring into the firm but the amount of consultations you book. These are similar but not the same, management has no response to this atm. Office: Zetland House (connections) is like a prison. Work constantly going on overhead, there no running water for a period of time and the lack of natural light is upsetting. No progression after you’re promoted unless you want to be a team leader.

Hi - Thank you for your review. We appreciate your constructive feedback and suggestions. We continue to work on how we 'sell' the role in our recruitment process and have recently revamped our interview process. Regarding progression opportunities, we continue to map out our career paths. I would recommend speaking with your manager to see how we can help challenge you. Do not forget we also have the Personal Development Allowance which gives you opportunities to develop and learn a new skill. If you have further feedback or questions, please reach out to a member of the People Operations team.

Pros

- Competitive base salary - Opportunities for bonuses - Good benefits

Cons

- Constantly being compared to your colleagues to spark "healthy competition" - Long hours with NO overtime - Lack of work life balance - Rude colleagues (especially in the consulting vertical) - Quantity over quality mentality - No priority on mental health - Being blamed for things outside of one's controls (i.e. not hitting CR targets due to projects going on hold or having difficult clients)
