- good people culture - intensive training - support & mentorship

Cons

- essentially a sales position where you're on the phones all day everyday. - expected to work late hours 'chasing' experts/leads.

We try to be as open and transparent as possible in our job advertisements when describing what the role entails, to manage candidate expectations prior to them making the decision to apply. We also appreciate that we operate in a fast-paced and client-facing environment, which may mean working additional hours at times. While our fast-paced environment can sometimes be demanding, we recognise that our compensation and benefits offering is competitive and employee-focused to reflect this (including compensation and uncapped bonus schemes!).
