We are sorry to hear that you feel the working hours are tiring. We recognise that we operate in a fast-paced and target-driven environment and that this may mean working longer hours at times. Whilst this is the case, we know that our compensation and benefits offering is competitive and incredibly employee-focused, including compensation and uncapped bonus schemes.
