Salaries are good and you can work from Home

Cons

The leadership is very immature they micro manage rather than Lead. Have hit their ceiling in terms of growth and scalability but won’t entertain ideas (however proven in the industry) to propel them further. Performance and development is based on whether you get along with the right people. HR processes are flawed and communication is poor and conflicting. Engineering leadership particularly is dictatorial- hide tech debt and make people work long unsustainable hours to try to hit unrealistic deadlines then deploy poor quality code
