      Pros

      Sometimes there are lunches, snacks, socials Pool table, Ping Pong table, nice couches Pros are everything that will not help you advance in your career

      Cons

      No career growth Management is not helpful they really just care about numbers Extremely repetitive job it is not mentally stimulating or rewarding Company got sued last year for not paying associates over time pay Pay is probably the lowest when compared to Third Bridge competitors Will low ball you if and when you are promoted The morale is really low turnover is at an all-time high. Come work here and you can hear all about it. Everyone is unhappy from the associates to the VPs it is a toxic work environment.

      Great place to work if you want client facing responsibilities

      Pros

      You are given lots of responsibility fairly early on in your career. There are constant development opportunities which help boost your CV quickly. It's fast paced, target driven, client facing and great for anyone looking to develop strong communication and people management skills. Team members are given full freedom to build their own new initiatives and ideas that help improve life at Third Bridge.

      Cons

      You do have to work outside of the usual hours when client servicing so be prepared for that if you want to go client facing. If you're not driven by targets/a bit of competition this may not be the place for you.

      Extremely stressful working environment. It is basically a call center job. You sit there and cold call people all day

      Some colleagues are easy going

      Cons

      There's too many to mention: 1. You are expected to do overtime without pay 2. Incompetent team leaders/management - they will drive you insane. They encourage you to tell them how you're feeling but they won't do anything about it 3. Heavy workload 4. TL's only focus on reaching targets and if you dont reach yours, they will take you to a meeting room and blame you 5. Some project managers can be bullies to their associates 6. The VP likes to pretend that he cares about employees when in reality he has no idea what's going on in the office and doesn't give a crap about you unless you reach your targets 7. Sneaky and incompetent HR
