Pay is okayish (but it’s not competitive when taking into account the amount of work you’re putting in. You will have a great relationship with other associates starting with you (trauma bond) Good office location You will develop skills needed for a career in recruitment / HR

Cons

Where to start… this job will traumatise you. Do not even take it as a placeholder job - any job in hospitality is better than this. If hell existed, it would look like a job at Third Bridge. I still have nightmares about it. Other reviews said it all already - RUN AWAY BEFORE YOU STILL CAN!

Good salary for new grads Good people Casual Outfit Work from anywhere for 2 month every year Networking Acquiring basic knowledge on various industry

Cons

Middle management is not experienced always have to responsive, even on vacation in some cases(I know it is sales but quite tougher than typical sales) unstable work flow good talent got out earlier
