      Pros

      fun coworkers and good managers- people want you (and need you) to succeed nice office/ gym/ free parking if you get in a flow state the job itself fun and rewarding get to learn about a lot of different industries and learn to communicate with many different types of people

      Cons

      if you cant do fast-paced jobs, this is not for you. can easily get stressful and overwhelming targets/ KPIs reset every month, so it feels like whiplash sometimes parts of this job and your performance are out of your control pay could be better, but it's not that bad for entry level

      Pros

      Moving from Boston to Dallas for my first full-time role was both challenging and outside my comfort zone, but my first few months at Third Bridge have been incredibly rewarding. The experience has pushed me to grow professionally and equipped me with the tools and confidence to become a well-rounded professional. From day one, my team has supported me every step of the way. Their guidance and encouragement have made a meaningful difference in my transition, and I’m grateful to now be in a position where I can share what I’ve learned with our newest hires. This experience has exceeded my expectations, and I’m excited to continue growing and building my career at Third Bridge.

      Although the training and first few months feel extremely fast-paced, it has helped me develop my time and project management skills sufficiently!

      Pros

      The culture at Third Bridge is very centered around coaching and giving you the tools you need to have long-term success in corporate America. It is a very team-oriented environment where you have to rely on your communication and time management skills to learn how to properly prioritize in order to achieve your goals.

      Cons

      The job is very "feedback heavy," so you must be prepared to apply teaching. Expect to have tight deadlines and the environment is very fast paced, so you need to learn quickly and be able to have fast application.
