- Terrible communication between management and employees - Excessive amount of overtime may be required / mandatory depending on the project - Management frequently uses profanity and belittles employees - Can be a sweat shop depending upon the project you are working on - Navigating the internal configuration management and approval process is a nightmare

1) The senior management is completely incompetent. Thales has probably the best communications based train control system in the world and could be the dominant company in the field however the senior management have failed to exploit the opportunity. 2) Current office location at 401 and Don Valley makes for a nightmare commute. 3) Senior management enjoy looking for a scapegoat amongst the employees to blame for the companies ills. 4) Company claims that in Thales "people are first", this is a lie.
