Pros

Struggling to find any positives, apart from the fact that they employed me and gave me a chance.

Cons

Where do I start? Management are inept, totally inept. It's obvious to me that they lack social, interpersonal skills. My first day at work and management didn't introduce themselves to me. They would regularly come into work yawning. They would regularly complain about other managers. The other problem is that because many of the staff are low skilled and poorly educated, you're surrounded by complete idiots and therefore this isn't the place to progress your career. I had to work around a couple of degenerates and as a result I left. In fact, management are very protective of their positions and envious of talent that they will actively inhibit your career progression. A line manager started whilst I was there, an obviously talented guy, and he was forced out within a month or so by a person who I would never hire in a million years and I can only speculate that he was disliked because of his fresh approach and the fact that he had an instant rapport with his subordinates. Work here for a short period of time to make some money, BUT DO NOT GET STUCK HERE!
