      Pros

      Working at Tesco was on the whole very good. I only worked there as a Christmas Temp. Working on the nightshift has its benefit as you get PAID EXTRA. Also it allows you to have a good WORK/LIFE BALANCE. The breaks are very reasonable and there is no pressure to take them at a certain time. Management is pretty good and supportive. Tesco allows you to turn up when you are supposed to and leave when you are supposed to allowing you to get on with your work and not worrying about external things.

      Cons

      There aren't many cons to working at Tesco. On the night shift hour can be quite long but are paid well. Also to as a Christmas temp I could of been told what I was supposed to be doing a little more as felt helpless at times.

      Pros

      The company offers good training and development opportunities . The company also offers flexible working. Good opportunity to move around the company and try something different.

      Cons

      There is a lack of just job security as the company has been going through a number of restructures which is unsettling.
