Pros

Teamwork Focus on creating a Fast, Fun, and Friendly place to work for our hourly team members, unfortunately that stops at the hourly level.

Cons

work/life balance Too many executives hired directly out of college with no leadership experience expected to run $35-$100 million stores makes it extremely difficult for their peers

Pros

401k, Pension and Benefits. Depending what key you worked a person would have Saturday, Sunday and Monday off. While the other key works three days and has four days off during the week.

Cons

Unloyal to their workers. Group Leaders have poor communication and people skills. Open door policy is a LIE. Human Resources is a joke.

Pros

Discount is great for families.

Cons

They say they pay decent and offer benefits but they will not schedule you enough hours to get anything. They literally lock you into hours that will determine if you get benefits or not then immediately start scheduling you way over their hours so you work the schedule that you should be compensated with benefits but because you are locked in to less hours you don't get the benefits. They use you while they claim they are such a socially forward company. All lies. They are more obsessed with their image than actual work ethic, Someone who is totally lazy and does nothing will be given hours because they fit the fake image while a hard worker gets their hours cut because they may not be as visually "diverse" it's gross, totally wrong anf totally cult like. The competition for hours is ridiculous, everyone always wants to know how many hours you have so they can complain about theirs and your hours are never stable. They use their employees with no consideration and people that work there can't afford to eat. This is another big corporation that forces people to rely on the system to get by while they are making billions in profits. Another greedy corporate scammer that is contributing to the divide between the poor and the well off.
