Pros

The people are great to work with!!! Headquaters is probably better than the stores, but it really depends on the type of person you are. There are a lot of different areas to explore and the management allows it!!! The best advice for Target teammembers is to remember you develop your own career. More or less, it is what you make it.

Cons

It can sometimes require longer hours, but it depends on what business you're working on. Being a BA can be challenging and sometimes you have to make sacrafices to do a good job. Just remember to keep your manager informed!

Pros

Target really hires a lot of great people, well in management at least, the team members are all very interesting. It is a great first job, they pride them self on development of there team members.

Cons

Work life balance means working 50hrs a week and everyother weekend. I know its retail and that is probably a good balance but who likes to work weekends ! Target seems to have a lot of inside politics which I am sure most companies do but definitly not a fan of that !
