Worked here since at the operation level, until now at the support level. TP provides an opportunity to grow and level up. Compared to other BPOs, TP provides a higher salary, and above the minimum wage according to government regulations, but the amount of salary can be different according to the project handled by each person. It will be more profitable if you are multilingual.

Cons

When you start your career in operations, you will be faced with shifting working hours (depending on the project). You will be able to grow if you persist and try to be stronger to face obstacles and make contributions that are suitable for your project.
