      Pros

      A lot of opportunities to progress if your face fits and a fairly relaxed atmosphere

      Cons

      Everything is rushed and urgent, nothing can wait, no development once you attain a position. A general feeling of unease as the message being delivered from management to management is like a game of chinese whispers and the reality becomes warped. Very reactive, not proactive and there's no loyalty to long term staff

      Pros

      The staff you work with are generally very good as they come from all walks of life.

      Cons

      The pay is disgraceful, especially for the job that is done. There is constantly back stabbing on the call floors and a lot of politics when it comes to progression. The atmosphere at times will leave you dreading work as people are constantly stressed due to many things. Lack of support from above or down to the types of calls you would be expected to take.

      Pretty good, but the bad things make it a place to avoid.

      Pros

      The people you'll worth with are, usually, pretty awesome. I had maybe one person the whole time I was there that I didn't like. Everyone else was wonderful to work with.

      Cons

      Benefits are pretty bad. No paid vacation for a year, no sick leave (ever), and 401(k) contribution is pretty bad. Health insurance will be revamped soon to meet ACA standards, but for the time being is really not a benefit. Schedules will flip on you with no notice. Being a third-party also means you're largely at the will of the client.
