nothing at all ghetto at its finest

Cons

The phones 200 calls a day dailer driven prepared to stress out and supervisors are favoritism toward they employees THE KEY IS TO GET OFF THE THE PHONES

Pros

Easy to get in with little experience, as with most call centre jobs. Easy work if you have half a brain.

Cons

One of the lowest paying call centres in the region, and pay rises are rare (forget about inflation-based pay rises). Next to no room for promotion unless you're pals with the management, and even then the pay rises are minimal - I passed up a promotion offer because I would've received only a few hundred pounds more per year for a great deal more responsibility.
