There are ways of just doing your job that you can be eligible for incentives. There is no hidden information, expectations are always provided up front.

Cons

Starting salaries are quite low with inflation

Answering calls was fairly easy. Daily pay was nice as well

Very Rude customers Micromanaging Low pay
